Clients often tell us that it feels like we are part of their team. That always makes me very happy, because it’s exactly what we’re aiming for.

We have a simple and efficient structure, based around two principals supported by a network of highly experienced freelancers. That means that our clients enjoy a very fast, direct service – we understand new briefs quickly, spot any production pitfalls straight away, and don’t need an unwieldy traffic system to keep ourselves organised. It also enables us to be very flexible and cost-effective, adding resource as it is needed.

We all really enjoy getting to know our clients’ businesses and how they work. Understanding their culture is also endlessly fascinating – people talk about ‘corporate culture’ as though it's just one thing, but in my experience no two organisations are ever the same.

One slight downside of this is that whenever I meet someone I always ask them loads of questions about
their job. I’ll never understand why so many people think that’s a bit boring.
